This Refurbished Handmade Persian Najaf Abad Rug from the Refurbished Collection showcases the classical artistry and refined workmanship of traditional Persian weaving. Handmade in Iran from premium wool on a durable cotton foundation, this rectangular rug measures 370cm × 273cm and presents a richly layered colour palette that is both elegant and visually striking.

Its rich crimson red and deep ruby red field dominates the composition and is beautifully complemented by deep navy blue throughout the central medallion, main border, and motif outlines. Warm ivory and cream tones illuminate the medallion, corner spandrels, and delicate floral highlights, while soft powder blue accents appear within selected floral motifs and border detailing. Subtle beige, camel and light taupe tones soften transitions within the scrolling vine work, while muted antique gold highlights add warmth and richness. Fine charcoal and dark brown outlining provides contrast and definition, creating a classic crimson red and navy Persian palette balanced with refined ivory and gentle powder blue highlights.
