Handmade in Iran from premium wool on a durable cotton foundation, this rectangular rug measures 393cm × 286cm and presents a richly layered colour palette that is both elegant and visually striking.

Its beautifully aged salmon red and coral red field dominates the composition and is beautifully complemented by warm ivory and cream throughout the main borders and medallion highlights. Deep navy blue defines the central medallion, border outlines and decorative motifs, while soft sage green and olive green tones appear within the scrolling floral vines and botanical detailing. Subtle camel, beige and taupe brown tones soften transitions throughout the intricate design, while antique gold highlights add warmth and richness.
