Frequently asked questions
How long does rug cleaning take?
Most standard cleans are completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the rug and the treatment needed. We’ll confirm the timeline with your quote.
Do I drop off, or do you collect?
You’re welcome to drop your rug at our Fourways showroom at The Straight Centre. We can also collect within driving distance of Fourways. The collection fee is quoted with your cleaning or repair quote.
Do you treat moths and supply underlay?
Yes — moth infestation treatment and non-slip underlay are both listed in our rates.
My rug is antique or very delicate — is that included?
Antique and delicate pieces are exactly what we specialise in. They’re assessed individually so the right methods are used, and quoted after assessment rather than from the standard rates.
