Frequently asked questions
How long does rug cleaning take?
Most standard cleans are completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the rug and the treatment needed. We’ll confirm the timeline with your quote.
Do I drop off, or do you collect?
You’re welcome to drop your rug at our Fourways showroom at The Straight Centre. If that’s difficult, mention it in your enquiry and we’ll see what we can arrange.
What does the spring discount cover?
All services listed in our rates table qualify for 20% off until 30 September 2026. Work that is quoted individually — large, delicate or antique pieces and restoration — is assessed on its own terms.
Do you treat moths and supply underlay?
Yes — moth infestation treatment and non-slip underlay are both listed in our rates, and both qualify for the spring discount.
My rug is antique or very delicate — is that included?
Antique and delicate pieces are exactly what we specialise in. They’re assessed individually so the right methods are used, and quoted after assessment rather than from the standard rates.
