The traditional tribal design features a central column of linked nested diamonds running the length of the runner, built from stepped bands of soft colour. A cream border with a continuous deep navy hooked meander pattern frames the field on all sides.

Muted teal and sage green establish the principal colour within the central field. Soft cream forms the wide border and keeps the runner light. Deep navy defines the hooked border pattern, while olive green, dusty blue, peach, dusty pink, mauve and taupe add soft variation within the diamonds.

Handmade in Afghanistan from wool, the traditional flatweave construction highlights the natural texture and tonal variation of the yarn.
