Measuring 170cm x 240cm, this handmade flatweave wool rug combines layered grey and natural ivory tones with cream, silver grey, ash grey, charcoal and subtle slate detailing.
The tribal geometric design features a decorative central field of large stepped diamond medallions, bold zigzag and chevron formations and stylised tribal symbols. An intricate geometric border surrounds the central composition, while vertically striped side panels introduce additional texture and structure, creating a balanced design with strong visual definition.
Grey provides the dominant tonal foundation, ranging from softer silver and ash through to deeper charcoal and slate. Natural ivory and cream provide contrast throughout the medallions and geometric detailing, creating a sophisticated monochromatic palette that works particularly well with timber, linen, concrete, black metal and other contemporary finishes.
