Make a striking statement with this Multi-Coloured Tribal Diamond Kilim Rug from the Anatolian Collection. Measuring an impressive 495cm x 314cm, this oversized handmade wool rug brings together traditional tribal patterning with a vibrant combination of turquoise blue, sky blue, terracotta, ivory, olive green and an array of complementary accent colours.
The design features a densely patterned central field composed of repeating diamond medallions arranged in a continuous geometric lattice. Each diamond contains individually detailed tribal motifs, including stars, crosses, hooked forms and stylised geometric symbols, creating exceptional visual detail and movement across the expansive surface.
Turquoise and sky blue feature prominently throughout the medallions and decorative motifs, balanced by terracotta orange, natural ivory and olive green. Lavender, lilac, soft pink, mustard gold, sage, navy, burnt orange, coral, plum and aqua introduce further layers of colour, giving the rug its distinctive multi-coloured character while remaining unified by the structured geometric composition.
Multiple decorative guard borders frame the central field with repeating tribal motifs and geometric symbols, while the wide outer border introduces further stepped detailing and colour variation.
