Measuring 150cm x 200cm, this handmade wool rug combines a natural ivory foundation with soft sky blue, warm taupe and rich brown detailing.
The design is centred around three prominent diamond medallions arranged vertically through the field. Each medallion features stepped geometric borders and traditional tribal star motifs, creating a strong architectural focal point against the open ivory background.
A decorative guard border surrounds the central field with repeating tribal symbols, while a wider outer border introduces stylised geometric emblems and stepped detailing. Natural ivory remains the dominant colour throughout the composition, complemented by soft sky and slate blue accents. Warm taupe, chocolate brown, stone grey, camel and mushroom tones provide additional depth and definition without overwhelming the lighter palette.
Handmade in India from wool, the traditional flatweave construction showcases the natural texture and subtle tonal variation associated with artisan kilims.
